Newbie REI Question
Hello everyone!
I currently reside in the Chicago land area and I am very eager to start investing in real estate. There are a couple reasons though as to why I am hesitant: inflated seller’s market, unsure on what strategy is the best for my market, and I am only sitting on $20,000 in cash. I understand that everyone says to take action no matter where the market cycle is at, but should I consider waiting for moderately reasonable buyers market? If not, should I consider house hacking, flipping, etc?
