Hey Everyone,

I am just starting out and looking into some rentals awaiting for a price correction to come around. Nevertheless, I was wondering something.

I have some friends who I speak to frequently who are also interested in purchasing rental properties. Would you suggest we startup together or separately and then collaborate together later in time
