Doing my first rehab in Columbia, SC-any recommendations?

Hi there, our property manager informed us our tenant left without notice and are taking the opportunity to rehab/remodel.  Does anyone have any contractor recommendations (Kitchen & bath, flooring, paint, etc).  We are out of state and starting our research. Our property was purchased last year w/ the tenant in place.  It's in the 29210 area.
