Las Vegas Area Question?
Hey guys! My name is Henry, I'm a local investor in the Las Vegas area just starting out. I'm pulling lists of properties to door knock, but when I look up the owner on the county's website it says that it is co-owned by the county. Like it will have the person that lives in the home and the "c/o clark county". I just wanted to know what this means and if it is a good home to door knock. The owners of the home have $3k+ of overdue taxes, but the fact that it says that it is co-owned by the county has me weary if I should even try it. Any help is appreciated thank you all!
