Question about buying real estate programs

Hello! I'm getting ready to sell my single family house. (Class A rental) and wanted to know if I should invest some of that money in buying a multifamily program. Rod Khleif's program to be straight forward. It's $12,000 and I'm in the program for a year and I get coaching for Rod personally and there are a few other things I get as well. I'm just not sure if its the right move. I would love some fed back. I have nothing against Rod and I really love his Podcast. I also just need more help with learning everything and really don't have anyone to talk to. I want to buy more and scale, I'm just not sure where to go. Any input would be great thanks. Thank you for your time.
