Texas: Second Property: Same or different LLC

Mak K.
Posted

So for my first property I decided to go with LLC. Now I am planning my second property. Do I use same LLC or make a new one?

1> Do I get insurance discount if property is under the same LLC?

2> Can I put second property under different LLC but have them club together to get better deal?

How many properties do you have and how are they setup? Do you get insurance discount for more than 1 property?
