Personal Vs Company Name
Hello, everyone. I have a question. I always heard you should never get a property in your name. This has even been mentioned on Bigger Pockets. Just recently on the recent episode David Greene did he stated you should put the property in your name if you are going to BRRRR because it makes it easier to refinance. Can anyone elaborate so I can make a better-informed decision. Thanks
