Hello, Everyone!

I am needing some education on how to structure real estate deals.  I'm actively seeking my first deal and know nothing about putting an offer together for a potential investor.  Would there be be anyone out there who can spend 45 minutes with me on the phone to help me get up to speed?  I will compensate you for your time since I know how valuable it is.
