Looking for any advice for new journey in real estate investing.

Hi, Im 18 years old going to be a freshmen in college. Over the past year I have really dove deep into real estate and understanding the market. Now that I am 18 I am ready to attempt to try and meet my goal of one rental property at the end of my freshmen year. This is definitely a long journey for me and I would appreciate is someone would be willing to help as they were once in the same starting spot as me.
