How long did it take you to land your first deal?

I made the decision to be a real estate investor about a month ago after listening to a bigger pockets episode by accident. I feel like I’m moving at warp speed, but yet like I don’t know enough. I have done analysis after analysis, found a few properties that fit my criteria, talked to several banks and lenders. In all of this, I am curious to know how long it took everyone to buy their first property after deciding to be a real estate investor.
