New to investing, 1 rental property under my belt!

As the title states, I’ve acquired 1 rental property through an fha loan. Currently netting about 500$ a month on it. I’m looking to expand quickly and eventually my goal is to own over 100 units, as well as move to commercial/industrial real estate as well. I’m just looking for any people who were in my shoes once that can shed some knowledge on how to expand. Thanks in advance guys!
