Filing taxes in a marriage with a personal loan
I'm seeking to invest in property with bank financing using a residential loan under my personal name. The property will then go into an LLC. The bank says they will still look at the loan as personal so...Will this property go on my personal taxes? If I'm married, would I continue to file jointly? What are the best tax strategies?
