frustrated, needing guidance/book recommendations

Hey guys, I've been feeling a little destitute on the analysis of a deal i'm working on. I'd always assumed the financing would go my way and i'd just use a conventional mortgage, but now i'm looking for alternatives in seller financing. I can't find too much information on subject to deals, or seller financing options. Does anyone have book recommendations and/or a professional I should go talk to in order to get better, more actionable information?
