Will a Turn Key Rehab a property I bought?

I am curious to know if I were to buy a property would a turnkey provider do the rehab fir me? I was listening to a podcast earlier an it appears as there are turn key providers who buy property, and only do the rehab once they have a buyer under contract. Finding a contractor in this climate has proven to be difficult and I wonder if turn key could help.
