Foreigners wholesaling in the USA

Hi there,

My name is Joe and I live in the United Kingdom. I saw and read about the idea of wholesaling and it seems really attractive in the USA more than the UK as barriers to entry are quite hard. My concern however is, are non-residents like me allowed to wholesale real estate in the USA and can it be even done virtually? I’ve already been to USA several times and have got relatives there and have got a rough idea on the housing market.
