Buying a home can be a stressful process from the open houses to the bidding wars. Don’t go into the process blindsided and get pre-approved from a lender quickly! This lets you know what you qualify for beforehand which allows you to look for homes within your budget in order to find the house of your dreams faster. In order to get pre-approved a lender will require the following documents. Proof of income and employment, proof of assets, debts, and additional documents.

What document didn't you know was part of the pre-approval process?
