Locating an air bnb house cleaner

Hi everyone we have located or first property and we are considering air bnb. We are going to list on a couple of sites. How would you find a good house cleaner for in between stays. I was thinking property managment companies but that doesn't seem to produce good results. So what is the going rate to clean an air bnb property? Best way to find someone? Thanks we are located in Fort Worth Texas.
