Not sure how to begin

This is a really stupid question but~ I am 19 and looking to get into real estate; reading books, saving money and looking at properties. The goal with the first property would be to rent it out to get some passive income before moving into my own home. The problem I am having now is, I'm not sure how to get enough money. I am working a part time job while going to college, I am trying to do some freelance work but I don't have any skills people are looking for so no luck thus far. I guess what I am asking is, what are some side hustles I can do from home?
