Landlord sharing Condo with Tenant
Hi everyone! I am new homeowner of a two bedroom, two bathroom, 1200 sq ft condo. I am hoping to find a tenant to share the condo with me and occupy the guest room. I am a bit anxious about the kind of relationship I should foster with this tenant, and balancing the relationship between roommate and tenant? Any advice or experience?
I would also like advice on buying furniture, should I be buying their bed, night stand, etc. or leave empty for them to decorate?
Thanks for your help!
