Airbnb Arbitrage is something I'm interested in

It's either starting off doing Airbnb arbitrage or wholesaling please advise which would be best for a beginner investor. I really like the Airbnb model and its true potential. I like the business model of not owning any of the properties but still making profits from them. On the wholesaling side, I know there are a lot of hiccups between bad wholesalers and good wholesalers. It also requires you to put a lot of time, money, and effort into the marketing side. Utilizing tools like batch leads, prop stream, and skip trace. I have ideas for both I'm just not sure what's best that will keep me out of trouble in doing so.
