Hi All, 

I am fairly new to wholesaling, and have a lead on a property that I could use some help with! The seller is requesting 70k more than the zillow estimate, and so I am looking for a way to evaluate the surrounding market. Since I am out of state, I don't have access to the MLS. The information on Zillow and Redfin is clunky, and I wanted to see if anyone knew the best platform to get sales and marketing data of surrounding homes? Is the city and county the best way to find this? Would Propstream give me this data? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
