Hello B.P family!

I will be starting my portfolio of Real Estate this year in Michigan.

Any Advice for class A-C areas for house hacking or single family to duplex conversions?

Before starting my property search should I find my core 5, I believe it is for thriving in a business sense of Real Estate?
