Hi everyone!  As a senior in college, I have been looking for my first rental property to invest in.  However, I have heard some say to wait and save, then house hack in the future.  I am in a lease right now that does not allow subletting.  So, should I start now and look for an investment property or wait until next may-ish, when I graduate, to purchase a house hack.  Just wanted to see if anyone has an opinion on this. Thank you!
