Davenport Florida STR - Looking for Guidance!

Hey everyone, a longtime Canadian 🇨🇦 listener to the podcast and finally decided to join the bigger pockets community. Currently beginning the process to get into STR's in the Davenport, FL area. Closing in on a few prospective properties, however as this would be operated remotely, I want to learn more about STR management systems/software people are using and what works best for them. As well if anyone who already invests in Davenport if they have any suggestions on cleaners/maintenance companies that they've had success with would also be incredible.
