Streamline FHA for Investment Property
Hi. I've seen mixed info on the internet when I Google this, so would love feedback on my scenario. I have a condo (luxury building, great shape, needs nothing). I currently have an FHA mortgage on it (I previously lived there). I keep getting offers for FHA streamline refi but I don't live there. 1. Does anyone know if you can do an FHA streamline refi for a non-occupied unit? 2. Can you take cash out? I'm assuming the answer is no but wanted to ping the community first. Thanks!
