New to Bigger Pockets and Real Estate

Hello All I am a new investor just looking to start out. I am from Little Rock, Arkansas and I am 24 years old. My investing background is in Stocks mainly options however I am very interested in learning in Real Estate. At this point I am looking for any type of learning tools, books or general advice that can give me the knowledge and skills required to get started on the right path. If anyone is from Little Rock or the central Arkansas area that have or know of investor groups or anything of this nature I would love to become a part of them. Any help at all is much appreciated.
