Help with Starting Real Estate 101

I am completely new to real estate (like baby) and i am doing a little research on the topic for a few months and think i’m devoted. I’m 17 turning 18 this September, and am asking for any books, video, or blog that can really dive me deeper. Also any tips/mistakes or things you guys wish you did or didn’t at my age that would really help...
