How Can I Find BRRRR Deals

How can I find deals for the BRRRR strategy? What books, blog posts, forum threads, etc. can I read? I'm mostly just wanting to know where to start, and specifically interested in finding the deals (Buy) and not as worried about the Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat part as those steps make sense to me. I thought about learning wholesaling but keeping the properties for my own portfolio. Any suggestions are appreciated.
