Identifying your niche
I'm new to RE investing and working to identify/hone in on the right niche for me. I live in Austin, TX, but have acquired one investment property to date, in St. Petersburg, FL. Because my goal is to relocate within the next 5 years, I'm confident in committing to the FL market (for now). My question to new and/or tenured investors is how did you identify your niche? Thanks in advance to anyone willing to share their experience(s) with this.
