18 years old and trying to get my first property

HI! This is my first post ever on here, I've been a lurker for the past year and a half or so. So, almost 2 years ago I started researching real estate and fell in love. Since then, I've learned a little about a lot of areas but now I'm 18 and I'm trying to get specific and get started. I've had some analysis paralysis but I've decided to go for it. I want to get a house hack to start with, but I'm having trouble with finding any way to finance it. I have some cash saved up, but not nearly enough to outright buy a property. I'm wondering where I should start to find a way to get financing or any creative ways get financing. I'd also like to hear how any of you all started out. I know I need to get out there and network so I can start to make my mark.
