Whole Sale Contracts
I am in North Carolina(NC). I have been reading all I can get my hands on when it comes to wholesaling. I keep reading and hearing (BP Podcast) about putting properties under contract and then assigning those contracts to the end buyer. My question is where could I find a resource for good contracts and what amendments should be in them? Also would like to know where to find the wright wording for those amendments. I am new to being on this side of the table (CRE Loan Originator by day) so would like to make sure I myself and protect everyone involved.
