Hello BP! I recently took a course on AirBnb Rental arbitrage and loved it. I live in the surrounding Nashville area and I am looking to get started with co-hosting or rental arbitrage. If anyone knows or is looking for a co-host, contact me! I have investment analysis sheets and etc. (I am ready to apply them to get experience).
