Hello All - Curious to hear your thoughts on Multifamily (5 unit +) vs Warehouses vs Self Storage for first-time commercial investors. Here are the considerations, assuming the location is the same. 

- Which of these 3 asset classes have a higher chance of appreciation, cash-flow? 

- Which of these 3 asset classes are easiest to manage? We are looking for passive income and wealth-creating while continue to work full-time, so looking for assets where management can be easily delegated out.
