I am currently in the military working on transitioning back into civilian life and preparing to move to Dallas-Fort Worth area in a couple of months. I am looking to get my real estate license and some advice that anyone might have for a wannabe Agent.

@Jerry Tello You'll love moving here to the DFW area. I am a fellow veteran and Military Relocation Professional certified Realtor. So I would be happy to help you with your home search. Plus, I have a great lender that is a fellow veteran as well, @Andrew Postell that is great to work with VA Guarantees and getting your COE. If your working on your license I recommend Champion School of Real Estate. https://www.championsschool.co... Great online and in person courses will ensure you pass the exam the first go around. Any other questions or help on investing in the DFW area please let me know.
