Brandon encourages me to post in the forum, so here I am. I would like to get some advices from the experienced real estate investors out there. I am 20 years old and a third-year college student. I currently have ~15k to get started in REI, I also have 2 part-time jobs on the side. What is the easiest thing for me to do right now to get started in this area? I have been reading blogs and listening to podcasts and youtube, but could not find actionable steps for me to take.
