Hey there. I'm sure this post is one of a million, but I'm completely new to the real estate world and am looking for some guidance. Ideally, id want to "master" wholesaling and then use the revenue get into flipping/rehabs/investing. Like many, I've been attempting to build my knowledge through countless youtube videos; so far I'm getting the hang of the concept. Want to take things to the next level and feel like the best way to achieve that is with a mentor. I know very well that that doesn't come free, so if theres anyone out there with the interest of helping out a rookie soul, please get in touch!

May 2nd, 2021 (update)

broke out of my analysis paralysis stage and have been a cold calling machine lol.. very close to my first deal but If if any of my fellow Cincinnatians or North Kentucky people want to connect, I'm always open. would love make more real estate friends.

@Gold Akabuaku join the local chapter of real estate investors association ($25/month) for networking and vetted education .

There are calls every Friday with people looking for mentors in exchange for their time to cold call, door knock, etc.

Also look at regoddess.com. Many people in this area and others have success with that program.

I don’t wholesale or rehab, otherwise I would be able to help more. Good luck!
