Need help with hiring a VA

Hello Everyone

I'm looking into hiring a few VA's to help with lead generating cold calls, does anyone have any good resources that you've used to help find the right people? I'm currently working on structuring my time more efficiently and I need help in this department. I know how to close on a deal but if anyone has and input on what I need or how I can leverage others peoples time I'd appreciate it. Thanks
