I have been analyzing deals for the SLC,UT market and seem to find a trend right now that long term rentals aren't the best investment. I am curious if anyone else has seen more potential for cash flow in similar markets with short term rental investments? What other strategies would y'all consider in markets with High priced homes that don't have the rental income to support long term rentals?
