Wholesaling real estate

Hello, my name is Khelin. I’ve been doing research over the past few years now about wholesale real estate & pretty much know all the basics about it . I’m in Tulsa, OK. I’m ready to jump off the porch and actually get somewhat going for myself. Is there any information anyone could share with me ?

@Khelin. L Phillips The state laws involving wholesaling and real estate in Oklahoma might be changing soon. Make sure you're doing everything legally! I've heard they might be changing the law so that you have to be a licensed RE agent to do wholesaling. I'm sure someone more informed on here can give more info. I've seen a few articles about it as well. Best of luck!
