Newbie looking to do a Subject Two

Looking to do my first deal in KCMO, I currently live out of State.
For the first deal I plan to use Subject Two to acquire the property along with the BRRR strategy. I am ready to move past the analysis paralysis, I am currently working on building a Team and getting pre-approved for a home loan. I know I will need to the following: Real Estate Attorney, Agent, Hard Money Lenders, GC and Bank/Credit Union, does anyone have any recommendations? What else should I be looking for? I have a property in mind and the Owner seems pretty motivated to sale.
