Apprenticeship - Deal Finding Shadowing in Atlanta

Hello Bigger Pocket Community,

I am new to real estate, but have been reading, listening to audio books, watching videos, etc.. for the last couple years. I have a great connection base in the Kansas City Area, and plan to invest there, but am currently in the Atlanta area. I realize the market is tough currently, but would also like to invest in the Atlanta area with the right deals. I am an eager learner and would love the chance to shadow someone on the weekends as they look for deals, and would be open to helping out with any work, such as cold calling, knocking on doors, etc... 

If anyone out there would like to take someone under their wing, I would be very appreciative to learn from you!
