Finding a Buyer/Investor

Hello everyone,

This may seem like a simple answer to you but for me I am having trouble. Heading into college I have not built my credit score high enough to get a loan so I am starting with birddogging. However, I have no clue on how to find or contact a real estate investor. Any advice?
