Passed the NJ state exam
Hi, I recently passed the NJ state exam and I’m looking for advice on the next steps to take. I would like to start out selling houses and learning more in that area, eventually getting more involved with investing (flipping and buy and holds).
I’ve been working in IT for close to 30 years and looking for a career change. I will not be able to leave my FT job in IT at this time, so will have to start in real estate PT until I can get my business up and running.
Any advice/recommendations that anyone can offer I’d appreciate it.
