Young investor advice
Hello everyone, I just turned 23 years old and I live in Detroit. I haven't invested yet, I almost saved up enough for a down payment on a duplex and my plan was to keep buying duplex's every other year. However, after reviewing BRRRR my plans are obviously not as efficient as what they could be. Ultimately my goal is to build a great quality portfolio but I am unsure of what my first steps should be. Should I get the duplex anyway and get my feet wet in real estate? Try wholesaling to fund my first BRRRR? etc
