Has anyone ever heard of Fund & Grow?

Has anyone ever heard of Fund & Grow? I'm looking for financing to purchase an all cash deal. Has anyone had experience with them? They charge 4 grand to get funds much faster and better interest rates supposedly. I've seen a few complaints on BBB but not too sure. What about using business credit to finance deals? Has anyone had experience with that? Does it take time to build? Any help would greatly be appreciated.
