Hi! My wife and I are looking to become new Airbnb hosts next month. We are currently purchasing the home under our own names but was wondering If the house should be eventually transferred to an LLC? Any tips for newbies starting out with Airbnb is super appreciated!!

You can quitclaim deed it over to the LLC for full protection, just be careful not to disclose to your lender and insurer that you're doing that and you're Airbnb as that's additional liability for their part.
