Real estate rookie looking to start investing
Hello everyone, I looking to get my foot in the door to investing. I'm looking for recommendation's on where to start. I was thinking about flipping houses but not sure if I should start that way. I ultimately know I want to end up doing the Brrrr strategy. I have a great credit score, I also have some funds for a down payment. I have not purchased anything I'm renting at the moment. Please any opinions and recommendations would help. Thanks
