A little interesting inquiry

Depending on where you look "on the internet", you see mixed messages about the real estate market nowadays. I also understand that some people see the glass half empty while others see the glass half full (I tend to be a little more optimistic). Either way, I'd love to hear this community's thoughts about investing in real estate in today's market, knowing that the supply is so little but the demand is so high.

Any thoughts?
