Senior Newbie - Ideal USA geographical area for investing
I recently retired from the rat race, unfortunately via the traditional route, but an excited newbie to RE investing. I live in suburbs of Atlanta, but interested in other geographical markets preferably in surrounding states but not necessarily limited by that. Anyone open to recommending geographical markets would be at the top of your list for BRRR, flips or rental property investing? I have bought and sold a few homes for my personal residence and had one property as rental in the past but truly am I rookie to the RE Investing. I have the time and a reasonable nest egg for investment, thanks in advance for your comments
