Looking for Investment opportunities around Columbus,OH

Hello BP, I am looking to relocate for my job within the next 6 months. I do have a house in my local town that I am about to close on for my first investment deal. This house is going to be a flip or at least that is the goal.I am currently living in NW Ohio but I am taking on a new sales territory with my company. It is basically central Ohio. I have started looking at places but everything is selling quickly! I was thinking maybe a house hack or buying a duplex or triplex. I was looking to connect with some investors and real estate agents in the Columbus area to see what kind of opportunities were out there. I am very new to real estate investing so I am most definitely a rookie but wanting to start the journey to finacial freedom!

Welcome to BP. Great community for you to network and connect with like minded investors. House hacking is a great way to get started but in a very competitive market like Columbus at the present moment might be more difficult, defiantly doable though.
